What Role You Will Play In Our Team:
Exxonmobil Production Guyana Limited Industrial Control Systems And Remote Operations Engineers Have The Responsibility To Provide Key Control System-related Technical, Execution, And Operational Support For The Local Operating Assets.
What You Will Do:
The Industrial Control Systems And Remote Operations Engineer Will Be Located In Georgetown, Guyana, And Will Be Tasked With Supporting Ongoing Production Operations, Advising Operations On Technical Issues, Implementing And Sustaining Corporate Standards, And Working Across Disciplines To Provide Support To Production And Project Teams.
Skills And Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Of Science In An Engineering Discipline, Preferably Instrumentation And Control, Computer Science, Electrical, Or Petroleum
Minimum Of 1 Year Of Working Experience
Strong Interpersonal And Communication Skills
Willingness And Ability To Travel To Offshore And International Locations, Flexible And Adaptable To Various Living And Working Conditions
Ability To Handle Multiple Priorities And Stakeholders And To Manage Short Deadlines
Excellent Administrative And Organizational Competencies
Ability To Think Strategically And Develop Creative Fit-for-purpose Solutions
Excellent Analytic And Troubleshooting Abilities
Proficient In Microsoft Office Suite Of Software Programs
Read, Write, And Speak Fluent English, Especially In The Context Of Technical And Business Communications
Preferred Qualifications / Experience:
Experience In The Oil And Gas Industry With Upstream Operations, Onshore Facility/plant, Offshore Platform/fpso, Or Refining/chemical Plant Background Preferred, But Not Required
Experience In Process Control, Automation, Digital, Computer Networks, Or Cyber Security Preferred, But Not Required
