Opportunities Available:

Bell Boy

Responsibilities: Assist guests with luggage, provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere upon arrival and departure. Maintain the lobby area and support the front desk with various tasks as needed.

Qualifications: Good communication skills, friendly demeanor, ability to handle luggage and other items, and a basic understanding of local attractions and hotel services.

Front Desk Clerks

Responsibilities: Greet guests upon arrival, manage check-in and check-out processes, answer inquiries, handle reservations, and provide exceptional customer service. Ensure that guest information is handled confidentially.

Qualifications: Strong communication and customer service skills, proficiency in using hotel management software, ability to multitask, and a friendly, professional attitude.

Maids

Responsibilities: Clean and maintain guest rooms and common areas, replace linens, replenish amenities, and ensure a high standard of cleanliness throughout the hotel. Report any maintenance issues or guest concerns.

Qualifications: Attention to detail, ability to work efficiently, knowledge of cleaning practices, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and pleasant environment for guests.

Laundry Auxiliaries

Qualifications: Experience with laundry equipment, attention to detail, ability to handle large volumes of laundry, and a commitment to cleanliness and efficiency.

Public Area Auxiliaries

Responsibilities: Maintain cleanliness and order in all public areas of the hotel, including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and meeting spaces. Ensure a welcoming and clean environment for guests at all times.

Qualifications: Ability to perform physical tasks, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness in all public spaces.

First Cook

Responsibilities: Prepare and cook meals according to the menu, maintain kitchen hygiene, and collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and high-quality meal service. Monitor food inventory and assist with ordering supplies.
