18-Year-Old Sentenced to Three Months for Unlawful Wounding

Shemroy Creame, an 18-year-old farmer, has been sentenced to three months imprisonment for Unlawful Wounding. The charge was brought under Section 50 of the Criminal Law (Offences) Act, Chapter 8:01.

The incident occurred on June 28, 2025, at the Supenaam Waterfront, where a 27-year-old farmer sustained injuries during an altercation with Creame.

Creame appeared before Her Worship Ms. Tamieka Clarke at the Suddie Magistrate’s Court on July 4, 2025, where the charge was read to him. He pleaded guilty and was subsequently sentenced to three months in prison.
