Clive Henry appeared before His Worship Mr. Clive Nurse at the Mabaruma Magistrate’s Court on Wednesday, March 4, 2026. He was charged by Corporal 24189 Roopram for multiple driving-related offenses.

The primary charge was for Driving Under the Influence (D.U.I.), to which Henry pleaded guilty. He was fined $200,000, with a default penalty of three (3) months imprisonment if the fine is not paid.
Additionally, he faced the following charges:
Unlicensed Driver – fined $25,000.
Uninsured Motor Vehicle – fined $30,000.
