OPERATORS

Key Responsibilities:

• Convey materials and components to and from sites.
• Maintain daily logbooks of travel, fuel, lubricants, materials received and delivered.
• Assist in major overhauls to vehicles when necessary.
• Maintain inventory of tools, accessories, etc., on vehicles.
• Perform any other related duties for the smooth functioning of the department.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Valid Driver’s License for lorries
• Ability to read and write in English
• Experience in the related field will be an asset

RANGER

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and police the Municipality for contraventions under relevant acts.
• Respond to reports of illegal activities.
• Undertake investigations into reports such as road misuse, squatting, etc.
• Perform any other duties as requested.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Sound secondary education
• Valid motorcycle license with three years riding experience
• Pre-military experience will be an asset
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing

FINANCE CLERK II

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare salaries and pay slips.
• Maintain cashbooks and accounting registers.
• Reconcile advances, deposits, and loans accounts.
• Perform other related duties for the smooth functioning of the unit.

Minimum Qualifications:

• G.C.E. ‘O’ Level or C.X.C passes in five subjects including English Language, Mathematics.
• Experience in the related field will be an asset.
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing.

DRIVER

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive motor vehicles.
• Effect general repairs and maintain vehicles.
• Keep logbook reflecting vehicle operations.
• Ensure vehicles are serviced timely.
• Perform other related duties for the smooth functioning of the organization.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Valid Driver’s License.
• Proficient mechanic with at least three years’ experience in general maintenance and motor repairs.
• Experience in the related field will be an asset.
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
