The Guyana Police Force is seeking the public’s assistance in locating Quincy Bernard, a 38-year-old male resident of Lot 38 School Street, Stanleytown, West Bank Demerara. He is wanted for alleged rape.
On June 29, 2025, at approximately 5:59 PM, police attempted to arrest Quincy Bernard at his residence. During the operation, a confrontation occurred, resulting in a police officer allegedly discharging a live round. Bernard then fled the scene and is currently in hiding. It is not confirmed whether he sustained any injuries, and his whereabouts remain unknown.
