UPDATE: Allegations of Assault and Other Criminal Offenses
On July 16, 2025, at 16:00 hrs, a 29-year-old female sales representative from McDoom, East Bank Demerara, reported to the East La Penitence Police Station that she was assaulted by Bradley Sampson, also known as “Doggie,” on July 14, 2025.

The woman, employed by Sampson as a key organizer for the We Invest in Nationhood (WIN) party led by Azruddin Mohamed, claimed that she was promised a payment of $50,000 for her work on Nominations Day. However, when she attempted to collect her payment at Cuffy Square on July 15, Sampson only gave her $10,000. This led to an argument during which Sampson allegedly assaulted her, kicking and striking her with a gun, resulting in multiple injuries.
The woman reported that most of the incident was recorded and widely shared on social media. Following the assault, Sampson reportedly contacted her via Facebook Messenger, asking her to meet him at Azruddin Mohamed’s residence at Green Field, East Bank Demerara. During this meeting, she alleged that:
- She was detained against her will for over an hour by armed security guards.
- Azruddin Mohamed reacted angrily upon discovering the video of the incident was on Facebook.
- Sampson was present during these events.
- Mohamed allegedly instructed her not to pursue the matter against Sampson, suggesting she accompany him to the police station to withdraw her complaints, promising her $500,000 in return.
- One of the guards displayed a handgun, instilling fear for her safety.
Despite being released, the woman received multiple calls from Sampson urging her not to pursue the allegations, which she refused.
Following her report, the police examined her injuries and issued a medical certificate. A wanted bulletin for Bradley ‘Doggie’ Sampson was subsequently released due to the serious nature of the allegations, which also implicated Azruddin Mohamed and his security guards in potential criminal offenses, including attempting to pervert the course of justice.
The police attempted to contact Mr. Mohamed for investigation purposes, citing video evidence placing him at the scene. At 10:20 hrs today (July 17, 2025), Mr. Azruddin Mohamed voluntarily turned himself in at the Ruimveldt Police Station with his attorney and is currently assisting with the investigation.
The police remain committed to thoroughly investigating these serious allegations.
