A police operation led by an Assistant Superintendent of Regional Division #8 resulted in the discovery of 200 grams of suspected cannabis at the Mahdia Arcade.

During routine searches in the area, officers found several bags containing leaves, seeds, and stems believed to be cannabis, abandoned next to a building under construction.
The substance was photographed for evidence and subsequently transported to the Mahdia Police Station, where it was officially weighed, confirming the total amount as 200 grams.
Authorities are continuing their investigation into the origin of the abandoned drugs and urge anyone with information to come forward.
