Jahiem Peters, an 18-year-old mason, was arrested on July 17, 2025, by a rank from the Enmore Police Station and charged with “Attempt to Commit a Felony” (Robbery Under Arms) on Tuesday. The charge relates to an alleged incident involving 29-year-old Akeem Hubbard, which occurred on July 15, 2025.
Peters appeared before His Worship Sunil Scarce at the Vigilance Magistrate’s Court, where the charge was read to him. He pleaded not guilty to the offence. The court granted bail in the amount of $250,000, and the case has been adjourned until September 16, 2025, for further proceedings.
