Prince Bagot, a 61-year-old businessman, was arrested on Thursday after the Customs Anti-Narcotic Unit (CANU) conducted an operation at his residence. Officers discovered 912 grammes of cannabis and 11 grammes of ecstasy at Lot 108 David Rose Street.

Following the search, Bagot was charged with possession of narcotics for the purpose of trafficking. He appeared at the Wales Magistrate’s Court on Friday, where he pleaded not guilty to the charges.
Bagot was granted bail set at $150,000. The case has been adjourned until February 17, 2026, for further proceedings.
