POSITION AVAILABLE: FINANCE CLERK I
Are you detail-oriented, organized, and proficient in financial management? The Mayor and Town Council of Lethem are seeking a qualified individual to join our team as a Finance Clerk I.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare salaries and pay slips to ensure accurate and timely payments.
- Maintain daily cashbooks to ensure proper accounting of all collected and expended funds.
- Manage Ordinary Cash Imprest for incidental purchases.
- Perform any other related duties to ensure the smooth functioning of the unit.
Minimum Qualifications:
- G.C.E. ‘O’ Level or C.X.C passes in five (5) subjects, including English Language and Mathematics.
- Experience in a similar role would be an asset.
