Terrence Frank, a 41-year-old construction worker residing at Lot 86 Samatta Point Grove, has been arrested and charged with manslaughter, in contravention of Section 94 of the Criminal Law (Offences) Act, Chapter 8:01.
Frank was taken into custody on February 22, 2026, in connection with an incident involving Roberto Grant in Parfaite Harmonie, West Bank Demerara.
On February 26, 2026, Frank appeared before Magistrate R. Singh at the Wales Magistrate’s Court, where the charge was formally read. He was not required to enter a plea and was granted bail in the amount of G$500,000.
The case has been adjourned, with the next appearance scheduled for March 10, 2026.
