Bradley Hibbert appeared before Magistrate Tomika Clarke at the Friendship Magistrate’s Court facing charges of possession of narcotics for the purpose of trafficking, specifically 15.798 kilograms of cannabis. Hibbert pleaded not guilty, and bail was refused, with his case adjourned to February 20, 2026.

In a separate case, Travis Fraser appeared before Magistrate Rabindranauth Singh at the Leonora Magistrate’s Court on similar charges of possession of narcotics for the purpose of trafficking, involving 46 grams of cocaine. Fraser also pleaded not guilty but was granted bail in the sum of GYD $100,000. His matter has been adjourned to April 22, 2026.
Both cases illustrate the ongoing efforts by authorities to combat drug trafficking in the region.
