Mr. Reyad Khan of Guy-America Construction Company has generously donated a building (Police Outpost) and three motorcycles to the Commanders of Regional Police Divisions #4B and #10. The handover took place on Tuesday at Moblissa Junction on the Linden-Soesdyke Highway, with Superintendent Wayne De Hearte and Assistant Commissioner Kurleigh Simon receiving the keys.

The new outpost will enhance the police’s ability to monitor the area and improve their strategic presence, particularly for commuters traveling between the two divisions. Mr. Khan emphasized the community’s need for increased police presence at Moblissa, which will also support the ongoing Linden-Soesdyke Highway Road Project.
The commanders expressed their sincere appreciation for this timely contribution, thanking Guy-America Construction on behalf of the Commissioner of Police and the entire police force. This donation highlights the importance of partnerships as a fundamental aspect of the Guyana Police Force’s strategic plan, showcasing the collaboration between the corporate sector and law enforcement.
