TMZ Reports : Rochester, New York – Renowned jazz musician Chuck Mangione has died at his home this week, as confirmed by TMZ. The flugelhorn and trumpet player passed away from natural causes, according to his manager.

Over his illustrious career, Mangione won two Grammy Awards: the first in 1977 for Best Instrumental Composition and the second in 1979 for Best Pop Instrumental Performance. His composition “Chase The Clouds Away” was featured at the 1976 Summer Olympics in Montreal, and “Give It All You Got” served as the theme for the 1980 Winter Olympics in Lake Placid, New York.
Mangione’s most famous hit, the 1978 single “Feels So Good,” accompanied by the album of the same name, is considered one of the most successful jazz records ever released. In total, he produced more than 30 albums throughout his career.
In addition to his music, Mangione made several appearances on television, including a recurring role on the animated series “King of the Hill” and a guest spot on “Magnum, P.I.”
Born and raised in Rochester, New York, Chuck Mangione was inducted into the Rochester Music Hall of Fame in 2012, celebrating his significant contributions to the music world. His legacy will continue to resonate with fans and musicians alike.
