FKA Twigs to Dismiss Lawsuit Against Shia LaBeouf

  • News

Musician FKA Twigs is taking steps to end her lawsuit against her ex-boyfriend, actor Shia LaBeouf. Twigs initially filed the lawsuit in 2020, accusing LaBeouf of sexual battery, assault, and infliction of emotional distress.

On Monday, Twigs requested the court to dismiss all claims against LaBeouf with prejudice, which prevents her from refiling the claims in the future, as reported by Us Weekly.

In a joint statement released by their attorneys, Bryan Freedman for Twigs and Shawn Holley for LaBeouf, the parties expressed their commitment to moving forward constructively. “We have agreed to settle our case out of court,” they stated. “While the details of the settlement will remain private, we wish each other personal happiness, professional success, and peace in the future.”

The decision marks a significant step for both individuals as they seek to close this chapter of their lives.
