Waterkant Reports : VHP Chairman and former Head of State of Suriname, Chandrikapersad Santokhi, passed away today at the age of 67.
Earlier in the day, an ambulance was called to the former president’s home after a medical emergency was reported.
After emergency services provided assistance at the scene, it was decided to transfer Santokhi to hospital, where he later died.
