The community is mourning the sudden passing of Mr. Daniel Williams, Headmaster of the Three Miles Secondary School, who tragically collapsed while speaking at a community meeting for the People’s Progressive Party/Civic (PPP/C) on August 4.

Mr. Williams was not only a dedicated educator but also a respected community leader who devoted his life to serving his country. His commitment to nurturing young minds and fostering a sense of community transcended political affiliations, making his loss a profound one for all.
In a heartfelt statement, the APNU family expressed their deepest condolences to Mr. Williams’ family, friends, colleagues, and students during this challenging time. “His passing is a loss to the nation, particularly to the youth he inspired and the community he cherished,” the statement read.
As the nation enters an election season marked by competing ideas and visions, the APNU urged all citizens to remember the importance of common humanity. “Death is not something we wish upon anyone,” they emphasized.
The community remembers Mr. Williams for his tireless dedication to education and service. May his soul rest in peace.
