Greaves’ Transportation & Tours Issues Public Apology for Incident

News

Greaves’ Transportation & Tours has issued a public apology following an incident that raised concerns among the public. The family-owned service, operated by three brothers, accepted full responsibility for the situation, acknowledging the distress it caused.

In a statement on Facebook, the company clarified that the actions taken were not in line with their internal agreements and were made under pressure in a moment of panic to save the business. They emphasized that the decision was not discussed or approved by management and does not reflect the company’s core values.

Once management became aware of the situation, they promptly arranged alternative transportation for affected passengers. While they recognize this action does not undo the damage, it was part of their effort to rectify the mistake as quickly as possible.

The company is currently reviewing its internal protocols to prevent similar incidents in the future. Emphasizing transparency and compassion, Greaves’ Transportation & Tours expressed a commitment to rebuilding the trust they have lost.

“We are truly sorry for the act itself, for the distress it caused, and for the breach of the principles we claim to uphold,” the statement concluded.
