President Ali urged the local private sector to back ventures that will harness Guyanese talent in time for the significant anniversary.

The President further elaborated on plans for a “grand homecoming,” promising a plethora of activities throughout the year to celebrate this milestone. Key projects will also include beautifying the capital city, Georgetown, along with enhancing public spaces across the nation.
