HGP Nightly News Reports | Jennifer Ally was taken into police custody on Wednesday night following an incident in which she allegedly refused to submit to a breathalyzer test during a traffic stop along Agriculture Road in Triumph.

According to police reports, the incident occurred around 10:00 PM on March 4, 2026. Ally, a 32-year-old resident of Lot 9 Block CC, Mon Repos, was reportedly driving the vehicle identified as PXX 7853 when traffic officers stopped her for an interaction.
During the traffic stop, officers observed signs indicative of intoxication, including slurred speech and unsteady behavior. Despite this, it is alleged that Ally refused to consent to the breathalyzer test, which constitutes an offense under Section 39(e)(5)(a) of the Motor Vehicle and Road Traffic Act, Chapter 51:02, as amended by Act 10 of 2008.
Under the law, motorists who refuse to provide a breath sample to designated traffic ranks without reasonable cause may face a fine of up to $30,000. Failure to pay this fine could lead to imprisonment for up to six months.
Sources indicate that Ally is expected to face the charge in court soon. This incident comes just months after she garnered attention in October 2025 when she was summoned by the Ethnic Relations Commission (ERC) for making a series of racially charged statements on social media.
