John Jackson, a 29-year-old construction worker from Lot 74 Supply Mahaica, East Coast Demerara, was arraigned at the Mahaicony Magistrate’s Court on a charge of Felonious Wounding. The charge was presented to him by His Worship Mr. Wilson.
During the court appearance, Jackson compensated the victim, 62-year-old Eric Livingston, with a sum of $300,000. As a result of this compensation, the matter was dismissed.
The offence occurred on November 2, 2025, at the same address where both individuals reside.
