Guyana Water Inc. (GWI) is seeking a qualified individual to join our team as a Revenue Manager for Region 10. This role involves collaborating with the Executive Director of Commercial Services and Customer Relations to efficiently manage the commercial services and customer relations unit, aligning with the unit’s objectives.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Management, Statistics, Mathematics, or Marketing, with five years of managerial experience in a commercial entity. OR
- ACCA level two with three years of relevant experience in a commercial or utility entity. OR
- Diploma in Accounting, Business Management, Statistics, or Marketing, with ten years of senior-level experience in a revenue department within a utility entity.
Responsibilities:
- Efficient management of the commercial services and customer relations unit.
- Ensure alignment with the unit’s objectives and organizational goals.
- Oversight of revenue-related activities and strategies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance revenue generation and customer relations.
- Develop and implement revenue management policies and procedures.
- Analyze revenue data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the team to achieve departmental goals.
