Tushar Arjune, a 19-year-old technician from Adventure, Essequibo Coast, has been charged with creating loud and continuous noises, in violation of Section 174(1)(a) of the Summary Jurisdiction (Offences) Act, Chapter 8:02.
The charge stems from an incident that occurred on February 14, 2026. Arjune appeared before Magistrate Ravindra Mohabir at the Anna Regina Magistrate’s Court on February 20, 2026, where the charge was presented to him.
He pleaded not guilty, and bail was granted in the sum of $200,000 Guyanese dollars. The matter has been adjourned to March 6, 2026, for further proceedings.
