Frank Satrohan, a 25-year-old resident, has been arrested and charged with the offence of rape of a child under 16 years, in violation of Section 10(3) of the Sexual Offences Act, Chapter 8:03.
Satrohan is accused of committing the offence between November 5 and November 10, 2023, as well as during December 2023. He appeared at the Anna Regina Magistrate’s Court on January 22, 2026, before Magistrate Teriq Mohamed, where the charge was read to him.
He was not required to enter a plea at this stage and has been granted bail set at $200,000. The case is scheduled for adjournment on February 24, 2026, for further proceedings.
