Anjali Persaud, a 19-year-old school teacher from Devonshire Castle, is reported missing after she failed to return home since Saturday, August 16, 2025.
Anjali’s mother, Ramrattie Nauth, 41, filed a missing persons report with the police, stating that her daughter left home at 05:00 hours to participate in a cricket match in Georgetown. Despite multiple attempts to reach her by phone, all calls went unanswered.
The matter was officially reported to the police on August 22, 2025. Authorities are now seeking the public’s assistance in locating Anjali.
Anyone with information regarding her whereabouts is urged to contact the nearest police station. The family is deeply concerned for Anjali’s safety and is appealing for any help in bringing her home.
