Residents of Kortberadt Old Road, East Bank Berbice are celebrating as they begin submitting applications to access electricity for the first time, following the recent completion of a new distribution network in their community. Approximately 35 households will benefit from this vital service just in time for the holiday season.
During a GPL Outreach event held this afternoon, residents expressed their excitement and gratitude, eagerly anticipating the positive changes electricity will bring to their homes and lives.
