The People’s National Congress Reform (PNCR) is deeply saddened by the passing of Cde. Alma Francois Bovel of Samatta Point, Grove, East Bank Demerara. She passed away on June 16, 2025, after a period of illness.
Cde. Bovel was a former Councillor of the Regional Democratic Council for Region #4 and a dedicated member of the PNCR for many years. Her contributions to the party and the community will be remembered fondly.
The PNCR extends its heartfelt condolences to her family, friends, and relatives during this time of bereavement. May her soul rest in eternal peace.
