Mikhail Rodrigues, known as ‘Guyanese Critic,’ and Bryan Mackintosh, also referred to as Bryan Max, were charged today at the Georgetown Magistrate’s Court.
Rodrigues faces a charge of unlawful wounding against Mackintosh, while Mackintosh is charged with provoking a breach of the peace and using abusive language toward Ossie Rogers. He is also charged with provoking a breach of the peace against Rodrigues.
Both defendants pleaded not guilty before Senior Magistrate Leron Daly. Rodrigues was granted bail set at $100,000, while Mackintosh received bail of $15,000 for each charge. The case has been adjourned to September 15, 2024, at 08:30 AM for the disclosure of statements.
