News Room Reports | A tragic accident on Number 63 Road has claimed the life of a 16-year-old girl from Limlair Village. She was pronounced dead by the attending doctor at the Number 75 Hospital.

Regional Commander Shivpersaud Bacchus confirmed the girl’s identity and noted that other victims, including a teacher, are in critical condition and receiving emergency medical care.
The accident occurred around 6:00 PM when a teacher was driving a minibus home from a sports event in Corriverton. Reports indicate that the teacher swerved to avoid hitting a horse but ended up colliding with the animal, causing the minibus to topple.
The children who were in the vehicle were promptly rescued and taken to the hospital for treatment. Further updates will be provided as more information becomes available regarding the condition of the other passengers.
