Roopchand Lall, a 32-year-old truck driver from Lot C West Public Road, Lima, has been charged with “Causing Death by Dangerous Driving.”
Lall appeared at Anna Regina Magistrate’s Court on Wednesday, November 17, 2025, where he faced His Worship Magistrate Mr. Ravindra Mohabir. After the charge was read, Lall pleaded not guilty.
Bail was set at $500,000, with the stipulation that he report to the Anna Regina Police Station every Friday of each month until the trial.
