Oswin Kenard Baker Jr., a 19-year-old resident of Tuschen North, appeared in court today facing a serious charge of Attempt to Commit Murder. This charge is in violation of Section 103(c) of the Criminal Law (Offences) Act, Chapter 08:01.

Baker made his first court appearance on February 12, 2026, at the Leonora Magistrate’s Court, where the charge was formally presented by the presiding judge, Her Worship Alisha George.
