According to Garnett, the woman claims to live on South Road and is trying to reach Georgetown. She has $500 for transportation, but drivers are reportedly refusing to take her due to her disoriented state.
Garnett emphasizes that she seems lost, and her family may be searching for her. He urges anyone who recognizes her or knows her family to contact him or the nearest police station immediately.
