Lieve Blanckaert has made headlines after being crowned Miss Grand Texas 2025, a victory she describes as a culmination of years of growth and perseverance.

In her heartfelt message, Blanckaert shared, “This isn’t just a crown. It’s 10 years of trying, growing, not quitting, coming back, believing, falling apart, and still choosing to show up.” She emphasized that winning the title is not about having the perfect walk or the loudest story, but rather about the commitment to personal growth.
Reflecting on her journey, she said, “I’ve been showing up for this dream for nearly a decade, even when it stopped feeling shiny. And now I get to wear a crown that tells other women, YOU can be soft, strong, unsure, brave, and still win.”
Blanckaert encouraged women everywhere to balance purpose and pressure while being kind to themselves. “I don’t want to be perfect. I want to be real. I want to leave people feeling better,” she stated, expressing her desire to use her title to spark honest conversations about wellness, womanhood, and worthiness.
She will represent Texas at the Miss Grand USA pageant in Las Vegas on August 14. Blanckaert has previously competed in Miss Universe Guyana and Miss World Guyana, showcasing her commitment to her pageant journey.
Congratulations to Lieve Blanckaert on her remarkable achievement!
