Hot and Spicy Creole Corner, located at 112 Third and Albert Street, is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team. We currently have openings for the following positions:

Counter Staff:

Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service.
Take orders accurately and efficiently.
Assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization of the counter area.
Ensure orders are prepared correctly and delivered to customers promptly.
Provide information about menu items and offer recommendations.
Handle cash and card transactions with precision.

Cashier:

Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately.
Handle cash, credit, and debit card payments with proficiency.
Maintain a tidy and organized checkout area.
Provide receipts and return change to customers as needed.
Assist with bagging purchases and answering customer inquiries.

Cleaner:

Clean and sanitize dining areas, including tables, chairs, and countertops.
Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to maintain cleanliness.
Empty trash bins and replace liners as necessary.
Clean and sanitize restrooms to ensure a hygienic environment.
Dust surfaces and wipe down windows and glass fixtures.
Restock cleaning supplies and maintain inventory levels.

Cook:

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and customer preferences.
Ensure food is cooked to the appropriate temperature and meets quality standards.
Follow food safety protocols and sanitation procedures at all times.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation.
Assist with inventory management and stock rotation.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area.
