1. Operations Manager:
- Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operations of the shipping facility, including managing staff, coordinating shipments, optimizing routes, and ensuring efficient workflow.
- Requirements: Previous experience in logistics management, strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
2. Human Resources Manager:
- Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, training, performance management, and employee relations.
- Requirements: HR experience in a fast-paced environment, knowledge of employment laws and regulations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to foster a positive work culture.
3. Drivers:
- Responsibilities: Safely and efficiently transport packages to their designated destinations, follow delivery schedules, and maintain accurate records of deliveries.
- Requirements: Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, familiarity with local roads and routes, and a strong commitment to customer service.
4. Order Agents:
- Responsibilities: Process incoming orders, verify shipping details, communicate with customers regarding order status, and ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
- Requirements: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, proficiency in using order management software, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
5. Cargo Agents:
- Responsibilities: Handle incoming and outgoing cargo shipments, ensure proper documentation and labeling, coordinate with carriers, and track shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Requirements: Previous experience in cargo handling, knowledge of customs regulations, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
