These offenses occurred on February 3, 2026, at Queenstown Public Road.

The charges were laid under the following sections of the Motor Vehicle and Road Traffic Act, Chapter 51:02:

Dangerous Driving: Section 36 (1)

Driving While Exceeding the Prescribed Alcohol Limit: Section 39A (1), as amended by the Motor Vehicle and Road Traffic (Amendment) Act 17 of 2022.

Unlicensed Driving: Section 23 (1)

Breach of Insurance: Section 3 (1)

On March 10, 2026, Henry appeared before His Worship Mr. Ravindra Mohabir at the Anna Regina Magistrate’s Court, where he pleaded guilty to all charges.

He received the following fines:

$50,000 for Dangerous Driving, with a default of 3 months imprisonment.

$200,000 for Driving While Exceeding the Prescribed Alcohol Limit, with a default of 6 months imprisonment.

$10,000 for Unlicensed Driving, with a default of 2 weeks imprisonment.

$40,000 for Breach of Insurance, with a default of 2 months imprisonment.

The total fines imposed on Henry amount to $300,000.
