General Manager

LUSCSL is seeking a qualified candidate to fill the position of General Manager. If you have a Master’s Degree in Business/Management or a similar field, along with at least three years of experience in a senior management position, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements:

1. Master’s Degree in Business/Management or similar field.
2. Minimum of three years’ experience in a senior management position.
3. Computer literacy (Microsoft Office suite, emails).
4. Excellent verbal and written communication, report writing skills, and good numerical skills.
5. Experience with transmission and distribution lines is essential.
6. Knowledge of the workings of cooperatives would be an asset.

Requirements:

1. At least one year of experience working in the Electrical Lines Distribution System.
2. Craft Certificate in Electrical Installation Parts 1 & 2 will be an asset.
3. Two references – one from a member of LUSCSL.
4. A valid Police clearance.

Administrative Manager

LUSCSL has a vacancy for an Administrative Manager with experience in Human Resources Management or a related discipline.

Requirements:

1. Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline.
2. Five CXC subjects inclusive of English and Mathematics.
3. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a managerial position, notably in Human Resource/Personnel management, Labour Relations, or Industrial Relations.
4. Two references – one from a member of LUSCSL.
