- Receptionist/ Optical Dispenser Trainee:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries.
Assist with the dispensing of optical products such as glasses and contact lenses.
Learn and develop skills related to optical dispensing.
Provide administrative support as needed.
- Data Entry Clerk:
Enter and maintain accurate records of customer information, orders, and transactions.
Ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
Perform routine data entry tasks with speed and accuracy.
Assist with organizing and managing electronic and paper-based records.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient data management processes.
📝 REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Previous experience would be an asset
Two letters of recommendations
