A three-storey building owned by the Ministry of Labour was completely destroyed by fire on Saturday evening.
The cause of the blaze remains unknown. Firefighters from the New Amsterdam Fire Service responded swiftly to the scene; however, by the time they arrived, the building was already fully engulfed in flames.
Fortunately, no adjoining buildings were affected by the fire. Authorities are currently investigating the incident to determine the cause of the blaze.
