More than 350 landowners successfully collected their Certificates of Title today during the Central Housing and Planning Authority’s (CH&PA) “Dream Realised” Housing Drive. The event, hosted at the Guyana National Stadium as part of the International Building Expo 2026, saw a significant turnout of residents from Laurentia Catherina and Vriesland, Region Three.
The Ministry of Housing and Water has issued a call for those who were invited to collect their titles today but were unable to attend to visit the “Dream Realised” Housing Drive throughout the remainder of the Expo.
The distribution schedule will continue over the weekend:
Saturday, June 27: Landowners from Leonora, Region Three, and Good Hope, Region Four.
Sunday, June 28: General distribution for those who missed their scheduled sessions.
Minister of Housing and Water, Hon. Collin Croal, personally oversaw the distribution process today, supported by the Ministry’s technical and administrative teams. The initiative is part of the government’s broader strategy to expedite land ownership documentation and reduce the existing backlog of titles awaiting processing.
