The public is hereby advised that interconnection works by the Guyana Water Incorporated (GWI) will be carried out tomorrow night (Wednesday, June 11, 2025), along High Street at the intersections of Hadfield, Leopold, and Drysadale Streets.
To facilitate these works, the intersections along this stretch of road will be closed to vehicular traffic starting at 9:30 PM.
Estimated Duration of Works: 6 hours
Motorists and commuters are asked to use alternative routes where possible and to exercise caution when traversing the nearby areas.
The Guyana Police Force apologizes for any inconvenience caused.
