
The Region Two community is mourning the tragic loss of 18-year-old Nayomi Singh from Huis t’Dieren, who died in a car accident on Sunday evening.
The accident occurred around 5:30 PM while Nayomi was driving her car. Reports indicate that a motorcycle entered her path, causing her to lose control and crash into a lantern post. Nayomi was reportedly on her way to dinner with friends when the incident happened.
Residents rushed to the Suddie Public Hospital following the accident, but Nayomi was pronounced dead on arrival due to the severe injuries sustained in the crash.
Her mother, devastated by the loss, wept uncontrollably, expressing deep sorrow over the death of her beloved daughter. Friends and community members gathered to mourn, sharing their grief as news of Nayomi’s tragic passing spread.
Nayomi’s body has been taken to the Suddie Mortuary, where it awaits a post-mortem examination. The community remembers her fondly, and this incident serves as a painful reminder of the fragility of life.
