Job Descriptions:
Facilities Manager:
The Facilities Manager will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and operations of healthcare facilities. This includes managing maintenance schedules, coordinating repairs and renovations, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Engineering Project Manager:
The Engineering Project Manager will oversee construction and renovation projects within the healthcare sector. Responsibilities include project planning, budget management, contractor coordination, and quality control.
Civil Engineer:
The Civil Engineer will provide technical expertise in civil engineering projects related to healthcare infrastructure. Duties include designing, planning, and overseeing construction projects, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.
Procurement Manager:
The Procurement Manager will lead the procurement function within the Ministry of Health. Responsibilities include developing procurement strategies, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
Senior Procurement Officer:
The Senior Procurement Officer will support the Procurement Manager in procurement activities. Duties include soliciting bids, evaluating proposals, negotiating contracts, and maintaining procurement records.
Procurement Officer:
The Procurement Officer will assist in procurement processes, including sourcing suppliers, preparing bid documents, and evaluating vendor performance.
Qualifications:
- Relevant qualifications and experience as specified for each position.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of procurement regulations and practices for procurement-related positions.
- Engineering licensure or certification for engineering positions.
