THE REQUIREMENTS FOR HOTEL MANAGER JOB
- Certificate in Hotel/Hospitality Management with at least 3 years of proven experience in a similar capacity.
- Understanding Hotel Management best practices, laws, and guidelines.
- Working Knowledge of MS Office.
- Must be able to generate monthly reports for Hotel owners.
- Excellent Customer Services Skills and professional business mindset.
- Demonstrate an aptitude for Decision Making and Problem Solving.
- Reliable with an ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
- Outstanding leadership skills and attention to detail.
- Must be fluent in English and speak Spanish/or Portuguese.
