At 10:33 AM today, police officers at the Sherima Police Station intercepted a motorcycle with registration number CP 5616, driven by 50-year-old Hector Clarkston, who had traveled from Georgetown.
Initially, Clarkston was searched and found to be without illegal items. However, a thorough inspection of the motorcycle revealed a milk tin under the seat, which had a tampered seal. Upon opening it in the suspect’s presence, officers discovered three transparent bags containing leaves, seeds, and stems suspected to be cannabis concealed under milk powder.
