
NCN Reports | The extradition case involving businessmen Nazar and Azruddin Mohamed resumed today before Magistrate Judy Latchman.
Prosecutors presented crucial documents, including a diplomatic note and warrants from U.S. authorities, to support Washington’s request for the extradition of the duo. The men are alleged to be involved in financial crimes linked to a US$50 million gold export and tax-evasion scheme.
Both Nazar and Azruddin Mohamed are currently out on bail set at $150,000 and are scheduled to return to court on November 24, 2025.
