Sudesh Ganesh, a 33-year-old businessman from Lot 57 Leonora, West Coast Demerara, was fined $10,000 for encumbering a street during his court appearance.
Ganesh appeared before His Worship Mr. C. Nurse at the Sparendaam Magistrate’s Court 1, where he pleaded guilty to the charge related to an incident on La Bonne Intention Public Road, East Coast Demerara, on November 6, 2025.
