On Friday, December 5, 2025, a white light campaign was conducted on the Little Diamond Public Road, East Bank Demerara (EBD), from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM. The operation was overseen by Inspector Jadunandan, along with Sergeants Rodrigues and Fraser, as well as Corporal Smith.
During the campaign, the following violations were addressed:
Unlighted Motor Vehicle Front: 3
Obscured Identification Mark: 3
Unlighted Motor Vehicle Rear: 3
Breach of Prescribed Fitness: 7
In total, 16 cases were recorded during the operation. Additionally, seven Certificates of Fitness were revoked as a result of the campaign, highlighting the ongoing efforts to enhance road safety in the area.
