Opposition Leader Mr. Mohamed has donated his first gross salary of $1,271,911 to assist individuals and communities across Guyana. The donation supported 11 persons and one community group, with assistance focused on education, small business support, and social assistance.

Faneiza Amzad of Bath Settlement, a Form 4 student at Fort Wellington Secondary School, was gifted a laptop to support her studies. Alisa Ally of Seawell Village, Corentyne, Berbice, a student at Berbice High School, was also gifted a laptop to aid in her education. Leslie Mayers of Port Mourant was provided with a weeding machine to support and expand his small business. Adacia Archur of No. 30 Housing Scheme, a Form 4 student at No. 8 Secondary (WCB), received a laptop to assist with her academic development.
The “Come As You Are” Sunday School in Ithaca was provided with chairs to improve the comfort and learning environment for its members. Alicia Bethune of Retrieve, Linden, a Grade 10 student at New Silvercity Secondary School, received assistance to support her educational needs. Tokc Wright of Silvercity, Wismar, a Grade 11 student at Harmony Secondary School, received assistance to aid in his academic journey. Tokhia Yansen of West Watooka, a Grade 11 student at New Silvercity Secondary School, received assistance to support her schooling.
Simone Cato, a cleaner/sweeper at Watooka Day Nursery, received financial assistance to support her personal needs. Leon James of Sisters Village, East Bank Berbice, a farmer, was provided with a weeding machine to help strengthen his livelihood and small business efforts. Roxanne Holder received assistance to help cover burial and funeral expenses during a difficult time.
